Kombucha Classes

Kombucha is a sweetened fermented tea that is rich in gut-healthy probiotics. I have been home brewing my own kombucha for almost 8 years now – long before you could find bottles of the stuff in every grocery store. Home brewed kombucha is a little milder than the store bought version, not to mention much more affordable.

In the kombucha classes, we will sample plain kombucha along with several different flavors. We will talk about the health benefits of kombucha and other fermented foods. Each class participant will brew their own sweet tea, and get hands on practice making their first batch of kombucha. You will go home with everything you need to brew your own kombucha at home – this includes a glass 1/2 gallon jar, a SCOBY, starter liquid, and tea.

Class fee is $30 per person.
