Pressure Cooking Classes

Pressure Cooking Simplified

Menu – White Bean Salad with Pickled Red Peppers and Greens – Vegetable Lasagna – Chocolate Fudge Cakes

Whether you just got a new pressure cooker or you are looking for some new recipe ideas and tips, this class is designed to teach you how to save time with a pressure cooker. Andrea will explain the pressure cooking process while you get hands-on practice alongside classmates. You’ll be amazed at how quickly foods such as beans can be made in a pressure cooker. Plus, we will show you how to create dishes you never guessed could come from a pressure cooker, including desserts. We will also show you how to use and care for your pressure cooker and how to find good recipes. In this class, we will use both electric and stovetop pressure cookers to cook a meal.

We offer these classes as private classes in your home for 6-8 people. Cost is $30 a person.  Please contact Andrea at 815-529-6954 or dreasbaking@gmail.com for more information.
